The 2006 Salmon Economic Disaster Relief Forms will be mailed directly from the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC) to licensed Vessel Owners, Fish Buyers/Processors and Commercial Charter Boat Owners who qualify under the terms provided in the Salmon Economic Disaster Fund Distribution Plan. The forms are being developed and should be mailed soon.
Associated Businesses will be mailed forms if they are known to the California Salmon Council (CSC) or the PSMFC or forms can be downloaded from either website when they are available for distribution. Please check back for form availability. In-River Businesses will be contacted by the North Coast Small Business Development Center to assist in filing disaster applications.
Port Outreach individuals will be available in six ports throughout California to assist commercial fishermen, buyer/processors and associated businesses to file their claims. More information will be released when the forms are available for distribution.
